Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fritzy's Roller Skate Shop, we want you to love your ride; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all skates and accessories remain in their original packaging and show no signs of outdoor use.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused skates and original box inside a separate shipping carton to protect the manufacturer's packaging from damage.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our skate technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
